Phase 2 — Introductory In-Home Training

5-Session Intro Package

This package is designed as a structured, low-pressure way to build consistency and confidence before committing to an ongoing program. Pricing reflects a reduced per-session rate to support consistency while you decide what comes next.




Session length is selected based on your goals, schedule, and recovery needs.

Joint-friendly strength, mobility, and movement coaching

Real-time adjustments based on how you feel session to session


How Phase 2 Works (Brief)

Complete a free 15-minute Getting Started Call

Begin your 5 in-home training sessions (30, 45, or 60 minutes)

Build consistency, confidence, and momentum with structured coaching

Use this phase to understand what level of training support works best for you

No long-term commitment is required to complete Phase 2.


What Happens After Phase 2

After completing the 5-session intro package, you’ll have a clear understanding of how your body responds to training and what pace feels realistic and sustainable.

At that point, you decide whether to continue with:

the Beginner Program, or

the Accelerator Program

There’s no obligation to continue. Phase 2 exists to help you make an informed decision with clarity and confidence.


Conditions & Notes

Phase 2 is available after initial intro sessions

Sessions are delivered in-home within Ottawa service areas

Pricing applies to the 5-session package only

Session length remains consistent within the package

Unused sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the agreed timeframe

Your First Training Session (After the 15-Minute Call)

Initial Assessment & Orientation

  • What This Session Is

    After your 15-Minute Getting Started Call, if we both feel training is a good fit, the next step is your Initial Assessment & Orientation.

    This first hands-on session can be completed either in-home or online and is scheduled for a future date that fits your availability.

    I assess how your body moves and guide you through a coached session tailored to your comfort level and goals. The focus is on fit, readiness, and direction — not intensity or performance.

    You’ll choose a 30- or 45-minute format and in-home or online delivery before we confirm the session.

    This session ensures training starts safely, confidently, and with purpose, whether completed in-home or online.
