Beginner Program - Buddy Training

Supportive, joint-friendly training with shared accountability.

The Beginner Shared Program is designed for two people who want a calmer, more supportive approach to getting stronger and moving better together. Sessions emphasize posture, mobility, and confidence-building strength, with plenty of coaching and individual adjustments.

This option works well even when partners have different comfort levels with training.

Best fit if you want:

A lower-pressure, confidence-first approach

More coaching, cueing, and movement breakdown

Joint-friendly strength and mobility work

Consistency without feeling pushed


Shared Program Placement

Both people train together but are coached at their own level

Placement is based on support needs, comfort level, and readiness, not matching ability

One person may prefer a gentler, more supported pace while the other enjoys more challenge — both are accommodated within the session

If one person consistently wants more structure or progression, the Accelerator Shared Program may be recommended instead

If one person is placed in Beginner and the other in Accelerator, pricing simply reflects the difference in program level

Final placement and pricing are confirmed during the free 15-minute Getting Started Call.

Your First Training Session (After the 15-Minute Call)

Initial Assessment & Orientation

  • What This Session Is

    After your 15-Minute Getting Started Call, if we both feel training is a good fit, the next step is your Initial Assessment & Orientation.

    This first hands-on session can be completed either in-home or online and is scheduled for a future date that fits your availability.

    I assess how your body moves and guide you through a coached session tailored to your comfort level and goals. The focus is on fit, readiness, and direction — not intensity or performance.

    You’ll choose a 30- or 45-minute format and in-home or online delivery before we confirm the session.

    This session ensures training starts safely, confidently, and with purpose, whether completed in-home or online.

    From there, you’ll have clarity on how your body responds to training and what the most appropriate next step would be — whether that’s continuing gradually or moving into a structured program.
