How the Process Works — Online Training (Canada & U.S.)

Online training with Green Wave Fitness is designed for clients across Canada and the United States who want professional coaching, structure, and accountability—without location limits.

Everything is delivered remotely, with live coaching and personalized programming built around your space, equipment, and goals.


1️⃣ Book a Free 15-Minute Call

We begin with a free 15-minute call to determine fit.

During this call, we’ll cover:

Your goals and training priorities

Previous experience with training

Any injuries, pain, or movement limitations

Your schedule, time zone, and availability

The equipment and space you have access to

This call ensures online training is appropriate for you before moving forward.


2️⃣ Phase 1 — Intro Sessions (Assessment + Foundation)

After the call, you’ll begin Phase 1: Intro Sessions, delivered entirely online.

Your assessment is built directly into these sessions. I evaluate how your body moves using:

Live video observation

Real-time technique feedback

Movement screens, strength patterns, and mobility checks

Phase 1 sessions are delivered in 30-minute or 45-minute formats, depending on your needs and schedule.

This phase ensures your training is safe, joint-friendly, and tailored, even without in-person contact.


3️⃣ Phase 2 — 5-Session Intro Package (Consistency & Progress)

Once Phase 1 is complete, you’ll move into Phase 2: 5-Session Intro Package.

This phase focuses on building momentum and confirming long-term fit.
Phase 2 sessions can be 30-minute, 45-minute, or 1-hour formats, depending on your goals.

Key objectives include:

Establishing consistency and routine

Refining technique through live coaching

Gradually progressing strength and capacity

Building confidence training independently

Phase 2 bridges the gap between “trying online training” and committing to ongoing coaching.


4️⃣ Choose Your Program Path

After completing the intro phases, you’ll continue with one of two programs, based on your readiness and goals.

🔹 Beginner Program
Focused on:

Building confidence and consistency

Learning proper movement patterns

Improving foundational strength, mobility, and posture

Creating sustainable training habits

🔹 Accelerator Program
Designed for clients ready for:

Higher structure and progression

Long-term strength and performance development

Refined movement quality under load

Training with greater intent and consistency

Both programs are delivered through live, one-on-one online coaching.


5️⃣ Ongoing Online Training

All ongoing online training includes:

Live coaching sessions

Personalized programming

Real-time feedback and adjustments

Progressions tailored to your equipment and space

Sessions are available in 30-minute, 45-minute, or 1-hour formats.

After your Free Getting Started Call, if we both feel training is a good fit, the next step is your Initial Assessment & Orientation Session.

This first coached session can be completed either in-home or online and is scheduled for a future date that fits your availability and comfort level.

The focus is not intensity or performance. The goal is to better understand how your body moves, what currently feels challenging, and what type of training approach fits your lifestyle best.

During this session we focus on:

• movement and posture assessment
• mobility and comfort level
• strength and stability foundations

• coaching guidance and exercise technique
• realistic next steps and progression
• choosing the right session structure

You’ll also choose:
• 30- or 45-minute session format
• in-home or online coaching option

The goal is to create a realistic starting point that feels structured, supportive, and sustainable long term.
