After your Free Getting Started Call, if we both feel training is a good fit, the next step is your Initial Assessment & Orientation Session.

This first coached session can be completed either in-home or online and is scheduled for a future date that fits your availability and comfort level.

The focus is not intensity or performance. The goal is to better understand how your body moves, what currently feels challenging, and what type of training approach fits your lifestyle best.

During this session we focus on:

• movement and posture assessment
• mobility and comfort level
• strength and stability foundations

• coaching guidance and exercise technique
• realistic next steps and progression
• choosing the right session structure

You’ll also choose:
• 30- or 45-minute session format
• in-home or online coaching option

The goal is to create a realistic starting point that feels structured, supportive, and sustainable long term.
