Perfect for apartments, basements, or small living rooms.

1. Sit-to-Stand (or Squats) – 10–12 reps
Great leg and glute strength builder. Start from a chair if you’re new.

2. Wall Push-Ups – 10–15 reps
Upper body and core without needing floor space.

3. March in Place – 30 seconds
Boosts circulation and warms your hips—especially helpful during Ottawa winters.

4. Standing Side Leg Raises – 10 reps each side
Improves hip strength and balance.

Repeat 2–3 times.

• Standing Knee Lifts – 10 each side

• Standing Torso Rotations – 20 reps

• Standing Cat-Camel (hands on thighs) – 10 reps
Loosens your back without needing a mat.

• Hip Circles – 10 each direction
Improves mobility and reduces tension.

• Chest Openers – 10–15 reps
Helps counteract hunching.

Takes 2–3 minutes.


4. A “Two-Step” Cardio Routine for Small Spaces

Light, quiet, and condo-friendly.

• Side Step + Reach – 30 seconds
Gentle cardio without jumping.

• Walk Forward & Back – 30 seconds
Two steps forward, two steps back — perfect for small rooms.

Repeat for 3–4 rounds.


5. Tips for Making Small-Space Workouts Easier

• Clear a tiny 4x4 ft area
Just enough to move comfortably.

• Use your couch or wall for support
