In-Home Personal Training – How It Works

At Green Wave Fitness, we make staying active, strong, and healthy simple, convenient, and personalized—all in the comfort of your own home. Here’s how our in-home personal training works:


Step 1: Free Fitness Consultation

Your journey begins with a no-obligation, free fitness consultation. During this session, we’ll:

  • Learn about your fitness background, experience, and lifestyle.

  • Discuss your goals—strength, mobility, energy, or overall wellness.

  • Review the equipment available in your home or recommend any tools that could enhance your training.

  • Identify any movement limitations or safety considerations so we can tailor your program effectively.

This consultation gives us a clear understanding of your needs and ensures the program is a perfect fit for you.


Step 2: Fitness Assessment (Part of Your Introductory Package)

Once you decide to start, your Introductory Package includes a comprehensive fitness assessment to evaluate your:

  • Strength

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Balance and posture

  • Cardiovascular endurance

  • Body composition – using a body fat percentage analyzer and taking key measurements to track progress and personalize your program

Why it matters: The assessment provides objective insights into your current abilities, helping me design a program that’s safe, effective, and tailored to your goals. Measuring body composition gives a clearer picture of your progress beyond the scale, so we can focus on real, meaningful results.


Step 3: Introductory Package

Kickstart your fitness journey with one of our two Introductory Package options:

  • Green Wave Foundation Program – ideal for beginners

  • Green Wave Accelerator Program – for results-driven individuals


Step 4: Ongoing Training and Support

After your introductory sessions, your program evolves as your fitness improves. We’ll help you:

  • Stay consistent and motivated

  • Track progress using assessment benchmarks, including body composition changes

  • Adjust exercises to continually challenge your strength, mobility, and endurance
